Every design comes with single internal garages, giving you and your clients the best of both worlds! All garages (23m²), are designed to be built on-site with the main house transported. The transportable structures are between 124m²-131m² and all have external gutters! The homes include x3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, some have additional studies and x2 even include a scullery!
Includes: A3 concept plans, editable architect files, high quality renders, custom client brochures, custom plan names - All files come custom branded to your unique brand & building company.

We design homes in packs of five - Each Homepack contains 5x set concept plans, usually designed around a theme, home style or size. e.g. With the Foundation Pack you can cover 3x different home styles or sizes.
